The Marginalized Organic Producers Association (MOPA) prides itself on a dedicated and proficient team that drives the organization’s mission forward fully responsible of management of the association.

Staff of the association consists of qualified employees for administration, operations and financial scope such as General Manager, Accountant, Assistant accountant, Livelihood development and special project officer, Administration and compliance assistant and Coordinator are the employees tittles of the association provided at current stage. The general manager is fully responsible for the management of the association powered by the article.

General Manager

At the helm is the General Manager, who holds administrative responsibility for the entire organization and oversees its main operations. Committed to upholding the constitution of the organization and Fairtrade standards, the GM plays a pivotal role in ensuring that MOPA’s activities align with these guiding principles

Accountant

Working in tandem is the Accountant, entrusted with maintaining meticulous records of financial accounts, premiums, and their utilization documentation. Their precision and attention to detail are essential in upholding the financial integrity of the association.

Accounts Clerk

Supporting the financial operations is the Accounts Clerk, providing valuable assistance in finance-related tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of financial matters within the organization.

Livelihood Development Officer

The Special Projects Livelihood Development Officer is instrumental in driving the premium projects’ success and ensuring their effective utilization. This role extends to spearheading livelihood development initiatives for the association’s farmer members, reflecting MOPA’s commitment to holistic growth and sustainability within its community.

Admin cum Compliance Assistant

The Admin cum Compliance Assistant works hand in hand with the General Manager, offering vital support in adhering to Fairtrade standards and ensuring administrative compliance.

As a MOPA Coordinator, the role involves engaging with farming societies, overseeing premium distribution, and facilitating effective communication between farmers and the organization. Responsibilities include building relationships, ensuring fair premium allocation, and serving as a liaison
